Mr. Doyal has over 35 years experience in the commercial and retail real estate business, and 10 years experience in the construction of retail stores and restaurants. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Pennsylvania. Mr. Doyal has held positions as the Director of Strip Center Leasing at Richard I. Rubin & Co. and Regional Director of Leasing at Kravco, two major Philadelphia area shopping center developers/managers. In addition to his role at Athenian, he is the owner of Doyal & Company, which specializes in tenant representation and retail and restaurant construction. Mr. Doyal obtained his BS degree from Florida State University and MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
