Ms. Mercier joined the Athenian Team in July 2007. Ms. Mercier is currently the construction management assistant at Athenian where she supports the senior construction managers with all aspects of the construction process, including; billing, contracts, and schedules. Prior to joining Athenian, Ms. Mercier has gained real estate and property service experience through internships. She has interned with GE Corporate and was responsible for supporting the Corporate Properties & Services Operations Facility Management team with data management and financial reporting. She interned for S&A Homes, for their affordable housing real estate development division; in her position she was responsible for due diligence on new and existing developments, assisted in market feasibility, and provided budgeting assistance. She received her Bachelor's Degree in finance from Penn State University in May 2007. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group (ULI YLG).
