Ms. Roth joined Athenian Properties in 2004 as senior property manager. In addition to continuously managing 833 Chestnut Street, a historic 750,000 sf property with retail, office and data center tenants, she has managed several other properties on an interim basis, including historic buildings and seven mission-critical facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. At 833 Chestnut, Ms. Roth achieved significant operational improvements including reorganizing the maintenance staff, developing a computerized work order system, and reversing a trend of full occupancy expense increases to year-to-year decreases, while increasing NOI 26%. Although this operating record is exceptional, Ms. Roth is most proud of her strong relationship with tenants, evidenced by unsolicited kudos from 85 % of her tenant base.

Prior to joining Athenian, Ms. Roth worked for ten years in property management in the Lehigh Valley, working her way up from Bookkeeper to Senior Property Manager. There she managed approximately 1.3 million sf of properties, including the 105,000 sf Hanover Office Plaza in Allentown, PA.

Ms. Roth served on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) as the Membership Chair, is a member of BOMA and maintains an active Pennsylvania Real Estate license.
