Ms. Ellzey serves as Director of Residential Property Management at Athenian bringing over 20 years experience in multifamily asset and property management. She is responsible for overseeing the successful operations of the multifamily portfolio. Since joining the company, she has developed and implemented effective marketing and leasing programs, increasing NOI by 21% across the portfolio. Her strengths include adding value to distressed properties through strategic planning, asset evaluation, market analysis, market positioning and strategic capital improvements, as well as building and leading strong senior management teams.

Prior to joining Athenian, Ms. Ellzey was the Director of Operations for Pennrose Management Company where she had oversight responsibility of an 8,000+ unit portfolio of mixed finance, tax credit, public housing and market rate properties. For over 12 years she held the position of Director of Asset Management for RP Management where she developed the infrastructure to grow a portfolio of 31 value-add, market rate properties (6,000+ units) throughout the southeastern and mid-Atlantic states. Earlier, at the Resolution Trust Corporation, she administered the marketing and disposition of diverse real estate assets exceeding $750M in value.

Ms. Ellzey studied Business Administration at Slippery Rock University and advanced studies in computer operations at Control Data Institute. She maintained a Texas Real Estate License from 1976 through 1992 when she moved to Pennsylvania and secured her PA Real Estate Saleseperson License.
