Mr. Coogan has over 25 years experience in construction management for office, residential, and retail projects. He has worked with Ms. Buhn both at Athenian and at Renaissance Properties. Mr. Coogan headed construction for the $42 million renovation of 833 Chestnut Street, handling this continuously occupied multi-prime project without missing a deadline. He is responsible for installation of electrical and mechanical systems for telecom tenants in both 833 Chestnut Street and at 440 North Broad Street during its renovation as a carrier hotel. At Renaissance Properties, Mr. Coogan led the construction team for the Moravian, a $17 million 20-unit, extremely complex renovation and new construction project.

Mr. Coogan has handled pre-development construction planning for a number of projects in the Philadelphia region, including a $15 million renovation of a former hospital building, a $32 million grocery /retail / parking garage project, and a $ 45 million conversion of an historic commercial property to residential and retail. Prior to joining Athenian and Renaissance, Mr. Coogan was Director of Construction for Hillary's Gourmet Ice Cream stores and the Windsor Shirt Company. Mr. Coogan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
