Mr. Hildreth is a Certified Property Manager® and serves as a senior property manager at Athenian, bringing over twenty years of facilities and property management experience in the Mid-Atlantic region. His experience encompasses properties ranging from unique historical properties to critical facilities.

Currently, Mr. Hildreth is serving as a regional manager overseeing REO properties and properties held in receivership located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Previously, he oversaw seven mission critical facilities with property budgets exceeding $30 million located in New York, Northern Virginia and North Carolina. Four of the datacenter facilities underwent extensive reorganization and improvement under his supervision. These seven mission critical facilities have been successfully transitioned over to the client's in-house staff.

Prior to joining Athenian, Mr. Hildreth was employed at real estate companies including Brandywine Realty Trust, GMH Management, GRC Management Corporation, and Lincoln Property Company, managing portfolios of up to 800,000 SF and coordinating improvements in excess of $5m. In this work he developed, implemented, and was accountable for annual budgets of up to $14 million. He has extensive property management experience with institutional grade office properties and their investors.

Mr. Hildreth is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, and maintains an active Pennsylvania Real Estate license.
