Ms. Lipczynski joined the Athenian team in March 2007 as support for administration and service for Athenian Properties and 833 Chestnut. In her role she is in charge of coordinating all service calls and management functions. Shortly after graduating from Northeast Preparatory High School Ms. Lipczynski began working in Real Estate. While working at Century 21 Alliance she gained experience and knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Financing. Ms. Lipczynski began her career in Property Management with Solo Realty a Residential Real Estate company where she was responsible for all repairs and maintenance for over 400 tenants.
