The Board and Senior management of the Southeast Pennsylvania Regional Transit Authority (SEPTA) decided to commission a review of their in-house real estate processes by an experienced outside consultant.

SEPTA chose a team including Athenian Properties from a strong field of applicants. Within SEPTA’s 45 day time-frame, the team completed a significant review of processes and procedures and made recommendations to the Board.

The SEPTA Board has accepted the initial report and requested further services of the team.
