A deteriorated and underutilized printing loft building was available for purchase in an improving neighborhood of Center City Philadelphia.

An Athenian predecessor firm acquired the property and financed renovations; financing included historic tax credits, a facade easement donation, and a land lease. Senior staff now at Athenian designed and supervised base building renovations, a leasing program, tenant improvements, and property management.

The property was renovated and leased up on time and on budget, and won awards for its historic repairs. It continues to be well-occupied today.
