The Philadelphia Navy Yard needed to relocate a 10,000 sf tenant rapidly. The tenant needed to be satisfied with any new space offered; the owner needed to meet its budget. The owner turned to Athenian Properties.

In a one-month charette, Athenian assembled a team to create and price core and shell and renovations and tenant improvements in historic Building 79. The tenant was pleased with the proposed space and the owner was satisfied with the projected costs.

The tenant was so pleased with the proposed space that it decided to purchase another company and double in size, necessitating a move to a larger property in The Navy Yard.
