Digital Realty Trust purchased two internet service provider and hosting companies, and had an immediate need for management and customer servicing.

Digital turned to Athenian Properties to help create customer service systems, to transition customers, and to set up management, accounting and record keeping for this critical facility.

Athenian worked with Digital to create new systems to manage co-hosting facilities, adapting real-estate accounting to this use.  Athenian then trained the client’s personnel in these systems.
