Athenian believes in investing in the development of vibrant cities. To achieve this, it undertakes one development project at a time for non-profits at favorable rates. It also donates 10% of net profits to urban education and arts oriented non-profits, and supports staff members participating in educational and non-profit groups of their choosing.
Broaster Passes Real Estate Courses
Athenian Properties is pleased to announce that Elaine Broaster, who joined the company as a temp in 2005, has passed all required courses for the Real Estate Salesperson license and will be taking the exam shortly. She has recently been promoted to Assistant Property Manager.
