Philosophy
Athenian believes in investing in the development of vibrant cities. To achieve this, it undertakes one development project at a time for non-profits at favorable rates. It also donates 10% of net profits to urban education and arts oriented non-profits, and supports staff members participating in educational and non-profit groups of their choosing.
Athenian Green Practices
While Athenian works directly to enact what is believes are the most important of eco-friendly practices: promoting increased urban density, providing attractive urban environments, and reusing existing buildings, Athenian is also proud to report that 92% of its staff members walk, bike, or take public transporation to work!
