Skills:
Our companies are two synergistic, independent firms with related senior management. We are looking for a joint marketing director with
real estate experience who can play a major role in opening new opportunities in our consulting and real estate development business,
help us identify and land assignments, projects and capital sources. This is not a brokerage or real estate leasing/sales position. You
must be enthusiastic about using your knowledge to do an excellent job, as well as excited about learning new skills and the specifics of
our businesses. If you are right for this job you know real estate development and management and creative marketing campaigns. You
understand finance, and have some experience in raising funds. You are an inspiring team leader, helping colleagues and customers
understand the message and its importance, and working back and forth with colleagues and customers to determine and communicate
the best messages. You have the ability to work with others in a spirit of mutual respect and consideration. You are able to work
productively in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphics/publishing /social networking software necessary for marketing. You enjoy
working hard and doing a great job and you care about your role in a pair of fast growing companies with reputations for excellence,
transparency, stewardship, and innovation.

Analyst/Assistant Project Manager

Skills:
Athenian Properties is looking for an analyst/assistant project manager with experience in commercial real estate. If you are right for this job you have
o Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and computer skills
o Advanced Excel modeling skills (NB: candidates should expect to be tested on ability to create a working pro-forma model of a prospective commercial development project)
o Self-starting capability, the ability to manage shifting priorities and work equally well independently and in teams
o Common sense, critical thinking, respect for all and a sense of humor
o A thorough understanding of real estate principles

Property Accountant

Do you want to make a difference in your community but aren’t sure how to do it with your accounting skills? Are you great at handling property accounting? Do you want to be involved in exciting projects, and contribute to these projects yourself by developing accurate, impeccable accounting skills? Do you want to learn the higher levels of property accounting, developing CAM systems, budgeting, reforecasting, and construction cost accounting? Then you may be the person for us. Athenian Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to serve as a property accountant and be responsible for daily accounting and monthly reporting. The individual must be excited about understanding and contributing to the whole project, as well as learning new skills and using them on ever changing projects.

The right person for this job will have used property management software on the job, and will understand how to account for lease payments. You will be a team player. You will know how to communicate with and be accountable to a team in order help everyone shine. You will enjoy working hard and doing a great job and will care about your role in a growing company with a reputation for excellence, honesty, and innovation.
