Athenian Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to serve as a property accountant and be responsible for daily accounting and monthly reporting. The individual must be excited about understanding and contributing to the whole project, as well as learning new skills and using them on ever changing projects.

The right person for this job will have used property management software on the job, and will understand how to account for lease payments. You will be a team player. You will know how to communicate with and be accountable to a team in order help everyone shine. You will enjoy working hard and doing a great job and will care about your role in a growing company with a reputation for excellence, honesty, and innovation.

o Have used on-line accounting software packages, ideally Yardi or MRI and/or are a very quick study with software
o Can communicate well in Word and Excel
